RETURN POLICY

Delivery Time
Closed on Monday.
- Delivery time: 10am-2pm; 2pm-6pm
- Pickup time: 11am-6pm
- Same day delivery: last call 3pm
- During festive seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other big festive. The delivery time may be stretched however be rest assured the order will be delivered on the specific date stated unless it is stated otherwise
DELIVERY CHARGE
- Delivery charges will be indicated upon checkout
- In the event of non-delivery order due to incorrect details or recipient is not at the location of delivery, a re-delivery charges will be imposed for each subsequent delivery
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at thiannnori.y@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
